Publish Date: 2024/7/10

Recently, Lavo Medical was honored to invite Professor Wang Renzhi, the former member and secretary-general of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Society of Neurosurgery, the chief physician of neurosurgery in Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and the director of the neurosurgery teaching and research department, to give guidance and share key topics such as the incidence rate, rescue time, rescue methods, and bleeding mortality rate of stroke.

Stroke, commonly known as stroke, is divided into two types: ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. It is a disease caused by various reasons that lead to damage to cerebral blood vessels, resulting in focal or overall brain tissue damage. The incidence rate of diseases is higher in the cold season, and the peak of the disease is concentrated near noon in the daytime. Stroke has the characteristics of high incidence rate, disability, recurrence and mortality, and is the primary cause of death for Chinese residents. Among them, the incidence rate in Jilin Province is relatively high, which may be related to various factors such as the local climate conditions, residents' living habits and so on.

Through this sharing and exchange, not only did we deepen our understanding of stroke as a disease, but we also learned valuable treatment experience and provided forward-looking strategic guidance. In the future, Levo Medical will continue to strengthen cooperation and communication with the medical community, actively pay attention to the latest research results in the field of stroke, and promote their translation into clinical applications, providing patients with safer, more convenient, and effective treatment options.
